We are currently seeking a Quarry Manager to join our team at our new manufacturing facility in Samarkand.

WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

Mining planning, execution control and quality checks.
Contractor management: specs, safety, acceptance, reporting.
Equipment control, maintenance planning, fuel/downtime tracking.
Safety and environmental compliance, briefings.
Team supervision, discipline, schedules.
Daily reporting, cost analysis, geological data management.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Higher education in Mining, Engineering, or Geology.
At least 5 years of managerial experience in open-pit operations (preferably marble, limestone, micro-calcite).
Knowledge of drilling & blasting technologies, contractor management, crushing and screening principles.
Ability to prepare technical specifications, develop mining plans, and control contractor KPIs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, GPS systems, and production reporting.
Understanding of safety regulations and environmental standards.
