WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify trends and potential clients
- Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to target manufacturers in plastics, paints, and paper industries
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales on pricing models and campaigns
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of calcium carbonate products
- Collaboration: Align with marketing, production, and R&D teams
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales in the chemicals/materials industry
- Work experience in calcium carbonate is required
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Negotiation expertise with a customer-centric approach
- Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek
