We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team at our new manufacturing facility in Samarkand.
WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
Financial Reporting and Analysis
-
Preparation of regular management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet — within own scope of responsibility).

Analysis of actual vs. budget / forecast deviations.
-
Preparation of analytical comments for the Finance Director and management.
-
Participation in period closing (month-end / quarter-end).
Consolidation
-
Collection and consolidation of financial data from business units.
-
Validation of data accuracy, calculation logic, and intercompany transactions.
-
Support to the Finance Director in the group reporting consolidation process.

Preparation of files and analytical materials for external and internal reporting.
Commercial Finance (Sales Finance)
-
Financial support to the Sales Department, including:
-
Calculation and analysis of gross margin by product / customer / channel.

Development of financial models to support commercial decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting
-
Participation in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
-
Preparation of sales and financial forecasts.
-
Updating financial models based on actual performance data.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Education and Experience
-
Higher education in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
-
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst.
-
Hands-on experience with management reporting and analytics is mandatory.
Professional Knowledge
-
Solid understanding of:
-
Financial statements
-
Consolidation principles
-
Basics of commercial finance
-

Basic to confident knowledge of IFRS (principles, logic, and differences from local standards).

Understanding of sales economics and margin analysis.
Skills
-
Financial analysis and financial modeling.
-
Ability to work with large datasets.
-
Advanced Excel skills.
-
Experience with ERP / BI systems is an advantage.
-
Structured thinking and strong attention to detail.
Languages
-
Russian — fluent.
-
English — at least Intermediate level (for reporting and standards-related communication).
