As Head of Marketing & Product Management department you will be responsible for

leading a team of marketing and product managers
the overall marketing mix and brand management
the Marketing Budget
the Market introduction process (establishing and ensuring a robust product launch)
touchpoint analysis, store checks and surveys
researching and analyzing new markets, industry trends and competitor activities
establish locally our ERP system as well as the order-to-cash processes

are commecially oriented and are able to train our product managers how to sel
want to leave your footprint in our Uzbekistan market
are willing to take over responsibility for the Marketing & Product Management
have an interest as well as a good basis know-how of technical products as well as the building materials industy
bring along experience in team management
speak English, Uzbek and Russian fluently
