We are currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team at our new manufacturing facility in Samarkand.

WHAT YOU TASKS WILL BE:

  • Drive HR initiatives to support organizational effectiveness and a positive work environment.

  • Develop and implement local HR policies aligned with legal requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with Uzbek labor law in HR documents and processes.

  • Manage compensation, benefits, and performance incentives to maintain competitiveness.

  • Lead HR reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) according to Group standards.

  • Enhance employer branding and drive employee engagement initiatives.

  • Manage performance and career processes to build a strong talent pipeline.

  • Plan and implement training programs, including leadership development.

  • Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and support key stakeholders.

  • Lead recruiting, manage the talent pool, and implement retention measures.

  • Guide and develop the HR team to ensure clarity of roles and operational excellence.

  • Languages: English, Russian, Uzbek.
