As Maintenance Manager you will build up your know how right from the beginning of all machineries in use, while closely checking the respective supplier documentation.
- Develop maintenance procedures
- Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues and make sure that the production area is kept clean
- Checking electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities
- Monitoring equipment inventory and cooperating with Purchasing & Logistics Department when placing orders for spare parts
- Tracking expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance
- Managing relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keeping maintenance logs and reporting on daily activities
If you ...
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- have worked in a similar role for minimum of 5-10 years
- are familiar with electrical and/or mechanical systems
- have organizational and interpersonal skills
- are looking for an fast-paced job within a growing industry
- speak Uzbek and Russian fluently
