As Office Manager on our newly established production site you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintain office procedures on our production site
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment in our offices
- Ensuring the constant supply of office stationary, cleaning etc.
- Providing general support to the management & visitors
- Organizing business trips and support in the visa application process (booking tickets, hotels, transport etc.)
- Participating in meetings as translator on site but also across the region
If you ...
- have an excellent time management and ability to multitasks while prioritizing work
- are speaking English or German and Russian fluent
- strength is in organizining and planning different activities
- are a welcoming and service-oriented personality
- are willing to travel across to region from time to time to help our Management to translate during negotiations
