As a Recruitment Specialist for our new state-of-the-art production facility in Samarkand / Nurabad region, your responsibilities would include the entire hiring process. Here are the key tasks you would handle:

 

Briefing, Sourcing and Outreach:

  • Conduct a detailed briefing on the open positions with the hiring managers. 
  • Identify and reach out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
  • Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.

End-to-End Coordination:

  • Manage the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Create and publish job ads on various platforms.
  • Screen applications and evaluate resumes against specific job requirements.

Candidate Evaluation:

  • Conduct initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (from junior to executive levels, from white collar to blue collar).

Networking and Database Management:

  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and events.
  • Maintain our UZB Talent Pool of potential candidates for future job openings.

 

If you ... 

 

  • have a proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist,
  • are familiar with different local job sites and chat groups,
  • know different sourcing techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram etc., 
  • have strong interpersonal skills and effective communication,
  • are able to balance multiple job openings and tight deadlines,
  • do speak Uzbek and Russian fluent and are willing to learn English.
