As Shift Leader you are responsible for:

• Organise production and timely shipment of finished products according to the established plan, in accordance with the established standards. Within the limits of the approved plan, assortment and nomenclature, set tasks for shift masters.

• To develop projects of perspective and current plans. Carry out operational planning of production, transport and shipment of products and bring calendar plans and work schedules to shift masters.

• Ensure fulfilment of production tasks, rhythmic production of high quality products, efficient use of fixed and circulating assets.

• Ensure compliance with the established norms of consumption of raw materials, materials, fuel and energy resources, labour resources. To work on reduction of their consumption and introduction of progressive norms.

• Ensure that work is performed in strict compliance with technical specifications, technological processes and technological instructions.

• To organise the execution of the control system for observance of production technology, to keep records and analyse violations of technology at the plant.

• To regulate the course of production, to organise coordinated and rhythmical work of the plant on fulfilment of the plan of production.

• To consider and establish causes of accidents, equipment downtime, work interruptions and organise development of measures for their elimination.

• Systematically analyse the performance of the plant on the quality of products and compliance with the established production technology. To take measures to prevent reduction of product quality. Organise the development of measures to improve the quality of products and the level of production technology.

• To analyse and establish reasons and culprits for rejects, substandard products, unproductive expenses. Organise the development and implementation of measures to reduce and eliminate them.

• Organise shift meetings, acceptance and delivery of shifts at the plant in accordance with the established procedure.
