We are currently seeking a Technical Procurement Specialist to join our team at our new manufacturing facility in Samarkand.
WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
Procurement and Supply
-
Identifying requirements for technical materials, equipment, and spare parts in cooperation with technologists, engineers, and maintenance personnel.

Searching for and selecting suppliers; conducting negotiations; requesting and comparing commercial offers.

Placing purchase orders; coordinating technical specifications and delivery terms.

Monitoring suppliers’ compliance with contractual obligations (delivery timelines, quality, completeness).
Documentation Management
-
Preparing and coordinating contracts, specifications, and technical requirements.
-
Maintaining the supplier database and keeping pricing information up to date.
-
Preparing purchase requests and related shipping and delivery documentation.
Control and Coordination
-
Monitoring delivery schedules and logistics; coordinating with the warehouse department.
-
Participating in the resolution of claims related to supplied goods and equipment.
-
Coordinating with customs authorities and logistics providers for import purchases.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Education
-
Higher technical or engineering–economic education (mechanics, mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, logistics).
Work Experience
-
At least 3 years of experience in procurement of technical materials, equipment, and spare parts (preferably in manufacturing companies).

Experience working with equipment suppliers and knowledge of the technical goods market.
Knowledge and Skills
-
Understanding of technical drawings and specifications; basic knowledge of industrial equipment operation (preferred).

Negotiation skills and experience in contract execution.
-
Knowledge of procurement procedures, logistics, and warehouse management.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (1C).
Personal Qualities
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical documentation.
-
High level of organization and responsibility.
-
Ability to work in a multitasking environment under tight deadlines.
-
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on cost optimization.
Languages
-
Russian — required.
-
English — preferred (for working with international suppliers).
