As Technologist in the field of dry mix you are reporting directly to the Production Director and being responsible for:

• Analysis and optimization: You analyze existing production processes for building materials such as cement, concrete, gypsum, and other materials. You identify bottlenecks, inefficient processes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Quality control: You monitor the quality of the building materials produced to ensure that they meet the required standards. This includes testing, inspecting and adjusting processes to ensure quality.
• Analysis: You work on the development of new building materials and improved production methods. You test new materials, analyze their properties and evaluate their suitability for use in the construction industry.
• Process optimization: You develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste and cut costs. This may involve adapting equipment/machines, changing processes or introducing new technologies.
• Project management: You will lead projects to introduce new technologies, expand production capacities.

If you ... 

• have a diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing technology or industrial technology
• have worked in the Building Materials industry (cement, concrete, gypsum and other materials) 
• have strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• good power of observation for monitoring equipment
• good communication skills for reporting on the production process and collaborating with colleagues
