We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team at our new manufacturing facility in Samarkand.

WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

Development of sales of dry construction mixes and paints & coatings through distributors in your assigned region.
Support and development of existing partners and identification of new distributors.
Monitoring and control of sales and shipment targets across the region.
Conducting joint activities with distributors, including presentations, training seminars, and promotional campaigns.
Market monitoring, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy assessment.
Interaction with project and construction organizations through distributor partners.
Preparation of sales and regional development reports.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

2–3+ years of experience in sales of construction materials or paints & coatings.
Proven experience in working with distributor networks (mandatory).
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.
Technical literacy, with knowledge of dry mix and/or paints & coatings product lines considered an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel within the region.
