Responsibilities

• Analysis of sales performance (revenue, pricing, product mix, margins and customer performance)
• Supporting monthly closing, reporting and plan-vs-actual analyses
• Contributing to annual business planning and forecasting
• Cost analysis and identification of optimisation opportunities
• Preparation and financial control of CAPEX plans
• Cost and risk analysis of investment projects, including final cost forecasting
• Supporting CAPEX approval processes, project closures and investment accounting
• Preparation of monthly management reports, KPIs and decision-support analyses
• Liaising with the German and Austrian headquarters and coordinating data reporting
• Providing financial support to project managers and business functions
• Cooperating with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Technical teams

Requirements

• University or college degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, financial analysis or business planning
• Confident, active command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and cause-and-effect thinking skills, combined with a systematic approach
• Ability to work independently, accurately and responsibly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to independently coordinate tasks involving multiple organisational functions
• Ability to present financial results and relationships in a clear and understandable manner
