Your Mission

Lead the construction of our new kaolin extraction and processing facility. You’ll be responsible for:

• Planning and executing all construction and infrastructure activities
• Leading a multi-disciplinary team onsite
• Driving safety excellence and compliance
• Coordinating with authorities, suppliers, and contractors
• Managing budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Taking a hands-on approach when needed

What You Bring

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
• 7+ years experience in large-scale industrial or mining projects
• Strong knowledge of WA regulations and standards
• Negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Passion for safety and quality
