Your role:

• Design of high‑performance components for powerboats (engine, jet pump and structural components)
• 3D design and assemblies using PTC Creo
• Developing parts so they can actually be manufactured (CNC, composites, hybrid structures)
• Direct collaboration with production, prototyping and test teams
• Fast iterations based on real measurement and test results
• Thinking beyond the single component: system, integration and functionality

What we expect from you:

• Very strong hands‑on experience with PTC Creo (this is a must)
• Technical background (mechanical engineering, product development or similar)
• Interest or experience in a high‑performance environment
  (automotive, marine, motorsport, aerospace, etc.)
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, composites, casting – not just theoretical)
• Independent and structured way of working
• Passion for performance, dynamics and pushing technical limits

Nice to have (but not a deal breaker):

• Experience in composite design or mold making
• Basic CAM or CNC knowledge
• PDM/PLM experience

Our offer:
