Bei BELASSI wird jedes Aggregat von Hand aufgebaut. Wir fertigen Hochleistungs- Marineantriebe – präzise, kontrolliert und mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch.
Deine Aufgaben:
○ Manuelle Montage von Marine‑Motoren, Jet‑Pumps und Baugruppen mit Handwerkzeugen
○ Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen, Montageanweisungen und Drehmomentvorgaben
○ Präzises Fügen, Ausrichten und Anpassen von Bauteilen
○ Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lagern, Dichtungen, Wellen und rotierenden Komponenten
○ Einhaltung korrekter Anzugsreihenfolgen und Montageprozesse
○ Laufende Sicht‑ und Maßkontrollen während der Montage
○ Erkennen und Melden von Abweichungen, Passungs‑ oder Qualitätsproblemen
○ Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und sorgfältigem Arbeiten am Arbeitsplatz
Fachliche Anforderungen
○ Sehr gute Hand‑Augen‑Koordination und ausgeprägte Feinmotorik
○ Fähigkeit, mit engen Toleranzen und Präzisionsteilen zu arbeiten
○ Sicherer Umgang mit Handwerkzeugen (z. B. Drehmomentschlüssel, Schraubwerkzeuge, Messmittel, Lehren, Messschieber)
○ Hohes Qualitäts‑ und Sauberkeitsbewusstsein

At BELASSI, every unit is assembled by hand. We manufacture high‑performance marine propulsion systems – precisely, carefully, and to the highest quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
○ Manual assembly of marine engines, jet pumps, and mechanical assemblies using hand tools
○ Working according to technical drawings, assembly instructions, and torque specifications
○ Precise fitting, alignment, and adjustment of components
○ Careful handling of bearings, seals, shafts, and rotating components
○ Adhering to correct tightening sequences and defined assembly processes
○ Ongoing visual and dimensional inspections during assembly
○ Identifying and reporting deviations, fitting issues, or quality concerns
○ Ensuring cleanliness, order, and careful workmanship at the workstation
Technical Requirements:
○ Excellent hand–eye coordination and well‑developed fine motor skills
○ Ability to work with tight tolerances and precision components
○ Confident handling of hand tools (e.g. torque wrenches, fastening tools, measuring instruments, gauges, calipers)
○ Strong awareness of quality and cleanliness
○ Ability to follow step‑by‑step assembly instructions accurately
○ Focus on consistent, repeatable quality
Personal Qualities:
○ Very careful and detail‑oriented working style
○ Patience and consistency in repetitive precision assembly tasks
○ Strong sense of responsibility for the finished product
