Head of International Business Development I Division Minerals
In order to meet the future challenges, we are searching for a leader who is focusing mainly on the identification of growth opportunities and the building up of new sites in new/existing countries of LASSELSBERGER Group. You will be responsible from project start to project hand-over which represents the starting of local production. As part of the Divisional Team of Minerals in our Headquarters in Wörth you work closely together with our Shareholder as well as Group Departments.
You will be responsible for
- Reviewing, advising and appraising suitable locations a/o raw materials deposits for new Greenfield projects;
- Creating Business Cases in close cooperation with the Divisional Team as well as the respective Local Team;
- Liaising with the Shareholder as well as the respective Local General Manager at all stages of the project and process and be the key point of contact throughout the process;
- Planing and recruiting local key positions for starting up the project and construction phase;
- Leading local Technical & Production Teams during the project phase;
- Together with the local Project Management Team
- sourcing and managing all sub-contractors, vendors and equipment;
- overseeing the installation of the equipment and machinery and all civil, building and engineering works involved in the project;
- Ensuring project budget is in line within agreed frame- and timescales.

You bring along:
- Several years of professional experience and profound knowledge in project management in the field of mechanical/process engineering
- Completed higher technical education (HTL, FH, university), commercial knowledge
- Very good English skills, German of advantage
- Good IT skills such as MS Office, know- how of CAD design (AutoCAD, or similar)

The gross monthly salary offered ranges from EUR 5.500 to EUR 6.500,- on a full-time basis, depending on qualifications and experience. Further package details will be discussed after a personal meeting.
